Roger Runs Marathon For HFT

Local runner, Roger Anderson is entering this year's Flora London Marathon to raise money for Shefford's Home Farm Trust, helping with the excellent support they provide for adults with learning difficulties.

Roger has set himself a couple of ambitious targets - to raise at least £2,000 for HFT, and to beat his personal best time of 4 hours and 45 minutes which he set in the 2002 Marathon.

Clearly, the second target (personal best) is up to you Roger, but on the fund raising front St Michael's has agreed to help.

We know that you'd like to sponsor Roger, so we have put a sponsorship form on the small notice board in our meeting room - why not treat yourself and pop in to the HFT Café, held in St Michael's every Thursday afternoon between 1.45 and 3.30pm, have a tea or coffee and some delicious home made cakes or savories, then pop yourself on the sponsorship form whilst you're there?
