Rev Roni GoodmanAs we return to Church with familiar faces and those we know and love and maybe have not seen in a long time - please remember that Church remains  a public space - like any other - but with all welcome in Jesus' name!

We ask that people remain mindful of their own comfort, well being and safety - and that of others.   We will make every effort to make our church as safe and comfortable as possible - and of course, ask that people with symptoms which might be covid do not attend but care for themselves at home - and ask for support from us if we can be of help with chemist visits, shopping etc.
When you are booking a place at the service - please let us know if you need / wish to be extra cautious and we will arrange seating for those with that need.
Our hope - our vision -  and our goal - as we ease the final lockdown restrictions, is  (as Keith said ) that we will rediscover the joy of being together, worshipping together, singing together and yes, having an after church cup of tea and catch up together.
There is much to consider - and it is our aim to move forward with care and caution - but to move forward.  For the present socially distanced seating will remain and people will be encouraged to wear masks although this is no longer a requirement.   To begin with, we are now inviting people to stay for drinks and fellowship after church and we will be singing the final hymn at our services.  We would like the rota of readers and intercessors and sides people to resume - please let us know if / when you are willing to resume your role.    New volunteers also gratefully accepted - there are all sorts of opportunities!
We envisage that 9and9 will continue online!

The Church Wardens and I would really like to know your thoughts and feelings as we move forward - so please do speak to us, or email us if you have something to say.
We are moving back to “ Every Sunday in Church” with two services of Holy Communion and two Services of Morning Worship in the Church each month…    at the new time of 9.45 am (this to allow me to go on to a service in Campton)
Also - please note that from 1st September we became the Benefice of Campton, Meppershall and Shefford.  Please pray for us all as we get to know one another better and we build good relationships and strong foundations for moving forward together….  May the Holy Spirit guide us and inspire us …. And may his power at work within us do infinitely more that we could ever ask or imagine..   To God be the glory, forever and ever.  Amen
