New Creche Dedicated

Mothering Sunday at St Michael's saw the dedication and blessing of our wonderful new Creche facility.

The Creche, generously donated in memory of Elsie Garven, and in thanksgiving for the 90th birthday of Tom Garven, will provide a much-needed welcome to our young parishioners and their parents.

The Creche is positioned in the former Lady Chapel which has been relocated to the prayer area towards the back of the main nave. The Lady Chapel was also dedicated during the service in a procession led by the United Benefice Junior Choir.
