Messengers - Child Safety Guidelines

It is important that all parents/carers bringing their children to Messengers feel that they can do so in safety. Although we do not, as yet, have a formal policy on this, we do use the following guidelines:

• We always have at least two adults with the children - this ensures adequate supervision and enforces a 'chaperoning' system
• The door between the Meeting Room and the main body of the Church is never closed fully, and Children are free to leave the Messengers group to return to their Parents/ Guardians at any time if they wish. For this reason you must ensure that either you, or someone that both you and your child know and trust is in the Church whilst your child is attending the Messengers group - we are NOT a creche!
• We do not publish identifiable photographs of children, or their names on our website
