Saturday 4 1pm-3pm Walk for the Word (Shefford & District Bible Society Action Group): sponsored walk approx. 6 miles starting at St Mary's Church, Henlow. Further details from Esther Buss 01462 816823
  2.15-4.15pm STARS IN THE UNIVERSE: the journey begins... towards our new musical (to be performed 17-18 October 2015). Want to join in? Come to this very informal drop-in workshop and find out more... or contact Jenny Dann 01462 817337. Formal rehearsals from Jan 2015. (Another workshop on Saturday 18 – see below)
  3pm At St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church: Feast of St Francis and 120-year celebration of the church's consecration, with thanksgiving for restoration works recently completed. All welcome to the service, with tea and entertainment after at the Community Hall.

3pm INFORMAL ORGAN CONCERT (with other instruments ad hoc...!) All welcome, donations invited for church funds especially towards the work that has been done recently on the organ. Followed by refreshments at about 4pm. (This event replaces the usual Second Sunday @ Six service)
