2.50pm, February 28th 2010: The Flit looking down stream from the bridge in North Bridge Street. Unlike the flood we had in January 2003, the river has stayed safely below the wall of the old canal wharf, and appears to have spared the White Swan Public House.

The river level at this point is normally abot 2 metres below the tow path on the wharf wall, so we estimate the river to be about 1.5 metres higher than normal.
